If you haven't already reached out to us about your Matterport please use the form below or Facebook to let us know what model Matterport you have, the problem you are experiencing, and any other information that may be relevant (i.e., when the problem started, how the camera was damaged, etc).
We recommend using the box that Matterport provided when you purchased the camera (the one with its logo and custom-cut foam inserts to protect the camera). Otherwise, wrap it in bubble wrap (at least 1 1/2 inches thick) place it in a sturdy box.
We only need the camera, not the charger.

This is a UPS shipping store so that the package can be safely received at any time. You can ship your camera to us using any delivery service UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.
After you have shipped your Matterport camera please update us with a tracking number so we know when to expect it. This will help us get your camera back to you faster.
