MatterFix is operated by Mike Vorce, Dylan Faraone, Carson James, and Dalton James. The company was established as an offshoot of their Matterport services business. Being actively involved in the Matterport scanning business since 2018, Mike, Dylan, Carson, and Dalton are well aware of the issues that Matterport camera owners encounter. At MatterFix, our goal is to “keep your camera spinning”! We’re officially authorized by Matterport to repair the Pro2, Pro2 Lite, and Pro1 cameras, an we warranty all of our work for one year.
