How our repair process works:
- Send your camera to us (our address can be found here)
- We’ll let you know when it arrives
- We’ll repair your camera, usually the next day or we’ll email you a quote prior to completing the needed repairs
- We'll repair your camera and email you an invoice that can be paid online
- Once you’ve paid the invoice, we’ll ship your camera back to you!
