Repairs:

All repairs are warrantied (parts & labor) for one full year from the date the repair invoice is paid. This warranty covers any parts we install. Should any of those parts not function correctly, we will replace them or refund the cost of your repair. Our warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.

Certified Pre-Owned Cameras:

All of our Certified Pre-Owned cameras are warranted against defects for one full year from the date the invoice is paid. If the camera you purchase does not function correctly, we will repair or replace it. Our warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.

New Cameras:

All new cameras are covered by Matterport’s one year factory warranty, from the date of purchase. MatterFix is authorized to perform in-warranty repairs on the Pro3 (model MC300) camera. MatterGuard Extended Warranty:

This program warranties your camera against defects for one full year from the date the invoice is paid. If the camera stops functioning correctly, we will repair or replace it. Our warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage.

MatterGuard Accident Protection:

This program warranties your camera against “accidental damage” and defects for one full year from the date the invoice is paid. If the camera gets dropped or otherwise damaged during normal usage or if it stops functioning correctly, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover loss, fire, theft or abuse. There is a limit of two claims per year per camera covered.

14 Day Exchange Period

Any purchased camera can be exchanged or refunded for 14 days after purchase, as long as the camera and packaging has not been damaged.

Shipping policy for warranties, exchanges and refunds

USA mainland customers: Customer is responsible for shipping the item to MatterFix. If your item is covered by one of our warranties, MatterFix will pay for the return shipping to the customer.

International, Alaska, and Hawaii customers: Customer is responsible for shipping the item to MatterFix and for the return shipping to the customer.
